DIGITAL ARTWORK
since starting illustration I have bought an iPad Pro and apple pencil along with the app procreate. In some of my work (seen below) I have used experimental brushes and techniques and most of these pieces were made in an attempt to get used to the software and get myself used to drawing on an iPad with a pencil. ARTIST: ALICE SNOW
Alice Snow is an artist I find very inspirational due to her well known and aesthetically appealing artistic style. her work is simple yet effective and clear yet almost traditional. this style represents a twist on traditional tattoo illustrations. Alice snow uses a pastel colour scheme which contrasts well with the black linework and block fill, she also uses dot work to add shading to the linework which is a method I personally enjoy doing. CANOE LAKE
September 17th 2019. we went to the Canoe Lake in Southsea, Portsmouth as a group project into exploring different locations and taking photos of beauty points.
